i'm not into the fast stuff, so i went with 1/4" lines, i wanted it slow and smooth.

When you get bored with it, use the 1/2''. Its fun to get the ladies in there and get some (@)(@) bounce

NICE TRUCK!! Speed is all in the size valves you use. The size of the lines help too. Smaller dump valves can make it drop slower with 1/2" lines. I also used an adjustable re stricter so it didn't hit hard when letting the air out. It also made it quieter. I used to wake up the neighbor hood when I came home, and laid it out to sleep.

Are you just on bags with drop spindles in the front and a notch in back? I don't have rims on mine yet so I don't know how low it's going to be. I love the stance and hope mine sits right where yours does.

the bed floor is aluminum sheet metal, with bedliner spraayed over it

awesome job! I am doing a similar approach, but in a '67 (I actually have an unrestored '66 too)
but by the sounds of the video, seems like you have some traction issues already.. what tires/size are you running? I haven't even driven mine yet and I'm worried I've wasted all that cash on high hp and now worried it'll never hook up.
can you actually get a good launch with your street tires with little to no spin? or do they spin constantly?
