My new 72
Well it's been a while since I have been here, but I finally got another truck. Here are the pics so I don't get shot.
It is a 1972 short stepside K-10. I bought it from a kid who was just using it to plow his driveway. He bought a new truck. He gave me the original title. Turns out it was a one owner till he got it. So even though I am the third owner, I will be the second to register it. I did scan the title and original invoice that I will post too. He did say that the original owner ordered it as a heavy duty with a plow from the dealer. Oh yeah, I paid $350 for it. Lots of rust and rot, but hey, I live in CT, what do you want for that kind of cash. I will start a seperate build thread as I tear it down for a budget build up. Thanks, Dave Please see below for pics............. |

I really needed a plow truck for next winter and this will fit the bill, but I really want to do a total restoration. We will see what happens. |

I see a very nice rig in the rough!!!! the paperwork is awesome to look at as it is all handwritten, now days all our paperwork is computerized the only hand write is the signature.
