Ball joints
Alright guys quick question from a rookie here. How do i change the ball joints on a '70 4x4 with a dana 44. What order should i do them in and do i need and special tools. Ill be replacing all 4 this weekend and adding a dual steering stabilizer. Thanks

As far as tools go, use a C-Clamp to press out the ball joints. Harbor Freight sells a ball-joint removal kit for around $30. Trying to beat them out does not work very well.

C-Clamp worked well for me. It still takes some "elbow grease" to get those suckers out; especially if they are original and caked in grease and grime.
