thanks azsmokey, checked out your thread, hey how about some updates?
way cool project there. How did the NP205 torque mount and cross member fit with the 4l65? Did you have to drill new holes in the frame? New cross member? Looks like a ton of work!
I would love to drop in an LQ9 but with the six speed 6l80 trans! nice.
I would need to change the reluctor or get a newer 07/08 year engine.
Its expensive! So I think its going to be a 5.3 for me, cheaper to buy and I want good fuel economy for a driver, the 6.0 is a gas hog, at least it was in my 05 2500HD.
