Longhorn Progress

Solve your painter problems by doing all the prep work yourself, get him out of bed, buy him coffee, buy the paint, mix the paint and pay him in cash after the work is done...LOL! I'd spray it myself but this Anniversay Gold metallic is really tricky.

His comments..."I don't need no stinking mask...I eat this s*$$ for breakfast"...LOL!

Re: Longhorn Progress

I am shooting to have it done this summer...painting is now the easy part. Only two painting sessions left...then reassemble!!!! Whoo-hooo!!!!!! I still need to finish the 468, have the tranny rebuilt and rebuild and install the posi. I am sure that when I get down to the last few items somethings are going to get postponed for later. The posi may wait as will the AC and new disc brakes. Getting it on the road is the big deal.

Nice color,
That looks like the original color of my 70 custom/10. Looking good, I can't wait to see it assembled.

Anyone know how to cover your monitor with really good coffee?

Wake up and read this in the A.M. with a mouth full of java.

Your truck looks amazing, fresh paint gives me a feeling I have not had since climbing the rope in Gym class.
