Where can I get the door mirror mount thing

I went to mount a pair of spor mirrors on my truck today and realized I am missing the part inside the door with door that takes the three bolts from the mirror in a trinagular bolt pattern. Not sure how you would get one back in and hold in place to mount the mirrors, but I am sure it must be able to get done. I only need one of these and the three bolts. Any ideas??

I lost mine so I made some. Used a piece of 3/16 steel drilled and tapped holes to match mirror.

I have 3 or four of them OEM sandblasted and painted 10 bucks a pair plus shipping PM if you are interested, I use a piece of wire fished through the door to hold the braket to start the first screw then you can get the other two in after.

Re: Where can I get the door mirror mount thing

Is Classic Parts saying`70s came with the 71/72 sport mirrors?I always thought they were 71/72-only and the "stick mirrors" were standard on 67-70.
