My new 69 stepside? I might have a problem

1969 short stepside, I bought it without the engine/trans...typical rust and needs a roof ? I might just look for a cab? Posi trac rear end.

What do you think?

Looks like a fun/decent project... what are you plans for it Skirkpat?

Looks to even have an original grille as well... (the lines will continue from the turn signals all the way to the headlight trim rings)

You better make it to the Truck Nat's!

It's either a project or a donor. If it's high optioned and worth it to you then go for it. Cnut

Re: My new 69 stepside? I might have a problem

I don't have any set plans yet, I still have two projects ahead of it

It was just to good of a deal to pass up, you know the story,I have a few small block and a 3 speed sitting around...but I did pick up a power steering, A/C setup for an interagal head 250 this week , I was thinking of making a 2/4static dropped I6-3 speed , Power steer/brake... Driver? I already have two rust free doors, and perfect fenders already. It's funny how these things are popping up like mushrooms around me lately. I guess I need to sell one of the Burbs?

As far as Being at the Truck Nats. It is one exit from my moms house! I will probably make it

Not alot of options, but shortbeds around here are VERY Rare, especially affordable and running and drivng (he is pulling the engine/trans before I buy it) The bed is pretty solid, it needs fenders, but it is about 95% cancer free, and the cab needs what every oyher cab in MO needs, a new one from AZ!!!
