Question Standard to Auto...Do I Change tranny crossmember??

Hi, I have a 67 C20 with a 3 on the tree and and I want to put in a 350 or 400 auto tranny... will I need to change the tranny crossmember?

Yes, you will need an auto crossmember, you can get one from the parts forum I'm sure. You might be able to leave the manual crossmember in, I'm not sure. You can always cut it out to make sure you have the room.You will also probably have to do shorten the driveshaft.Good luck
