Manual Trans Electrical Switch Identification Help?
After an hour or so of searching...I give up...
Little Help Please..... What is the switch that is located on the top of this trans and where can I get one?....also, am I correct that the other switch on the side is for the reverse lights? Thanks in advance!

Re: Manual Trans Electrical Switch Identification Help?
the back up light is the one on the side if I am not mistaken. The other one is part of an early smog control deal, TCS transmision Controlled Spark. It would prevent the Vac Advance on the dist to work unless you were in top gear and engine warmed up.

Hmm, makes me think, where is mine on the Blazer? Can you get replacement switches at any parts store?

Re: Manual Trans Electrical Switch Identification Help?
So, sounds like I should just plug that hole huh?....not really needed?
Is there anything else I will need to take into consideration if I simply plug it? Thanks, Dan

Re: Manual Trans Electrical Switch Identification Help?
the turbo charger might not work correctly if you unplug it. I'm just saying.
