S2B to board: we have ignition
Finally ! after 2.5 years she moved under her own power. Cruised down the street and back home. In April 2007 I had pulled the tired 350 and sm465 and swapped a guy a 292 with the intentions of warming it up and tbi ing it. Then found out the head was cracked .(suprise) while I was trying to find another one, the city flooded my entire house with a foot of water, block on floor filled with water, flash rusted, blazer put way back on back burner. Last year I was able to part out a 71 motorhome with a 454 from Motor Works in Spokane Wa with 5k on the odometer. Hooked it up to a NP a833 4 spd OD trans, 4 inch aluminum driveshaft and put in a 9" Lincoln Versailles with discs, and dropped in a new 3.50 gear. Currently I'm bottle feeding it, but will POR 15 the gas tank (which is in great shape) in the morning, then I'll hook up the dual flex a lites. Still need some body work, paint, exhaust, wheels and tires and new cover for the buddy buckets, but she runs and moves! Blazer fever is back from remission. Thanks to everyone for all their post on their projects that kept me going.

Re: S2B to board: we have ignition
Orignal 2wd yes, not orignal half cab. Finally got some more blazer time! POR 15 the tank and the mounting hardware, replaced all the hoses and eleminated the need for a charcoal canister. Added another vent where one of the vapor lines was. Yesterday I was able to pry the old trim off. If only I could pull off getting her painted......

Re: S2B to board: we have ignition
The first picture looked like St George. I'm out in West Jordan but slc sounds less lame. No good pics of the 2wd but I'm going to swap out front ends soon then I'll get some good pics.
