Why not swap out to a Dana rear? Better gear options, and a lot easier to get parts for.
They are easy to find as well.

Looks like about 10 MPH difference. I will know later when I GPS it.
I put the GPS on it........8mph gain under about 45 and closer to 10mph gain over 45.

sounds good to me. 60mph instead of 50 at the same engine speed. fast enough for me to get around. and the gas mileage should be a little better than my current best of 11.1mpg w/ mostly (slow) highway driving.
