Spring Bushings 1968 GMC 9/10
Guys can anyone tell me where I can get a complete set of new bushings for my springs?
I ordered a set from Energy ----- but when they showed up they where for 2.5" wide springs (American) apparently my truck is Canadian version 3" wide springs and Energy does not make bushing for the 3" Canadian version. You think they would have asked that - Can or American when I ordered. But I guess that is just me. |

Re: Spring Bushings 1968 GMC 9/10
I could very well be wrong on this...but I think that 67-68 rear springs were 3" and 69-72 were 2 1/2. I don't believe that Canada had much to do with it. I am sure that someone will weigh in with a 67 or 68 though.
In any case, LMC has 67-68 ones for around $20...each I believe...ouch! You can probably order poly ones from any lift company such as Skyjacker but seems like they are a bit stiff. Just what I have heard, no personal experience with them. Good luck. |

call Energy and tell them what you need. They will send the right setup... I had to convince them that my 68 had the HD setup on the front and they sent what I needed for free.
