Just about done
Hey,
I'm just about done with my refurb. All I have left is to bleed the brakes, pre lube the engine and fire it up, get the front end aligned, make the glove box lid and I'm runnin' down the road. The pix aren't the greatest, truck's not real clean but I wanted to share what I have so far. After I get it all detailed, I'll shoot some pix outside.

Very nice!
Just one thing, and it's just me here... But, swap out that blue bow tie for a red one and your'e good to go. Other than that I like everything else, and am very interested in seeing the latest pics!

Re: Just about done
Don't know the code, I just picked it out of a color sample book at my body and paint supplier. I think it's called mild yellow.

Re: Just about done
It's real wood, a species called rambutan, very hard and expensive. I machined it on a CNC mill at work. I'm currently trying to get the time to make a matching glove box lid.

I replaced the drive train with a mildly built 307, 700R trans and 4:10 locker rear end. Took her down to just the cab left on the frame and went from there. didn't waste the time or money on doing a "frame off" as this is going to be my daily driver.

Re: Just about done
The wood instrument panel is cool, I like the color, but I would call it mellow-yellow.
