skip white mini starters

Just wanted to pass on a few things about skips mini starter.
To many times people pass on when they get bad service and dont give kudos for good service.
My skip white mini starter was defective and when I called them they stated that they were having some problems with them and they are in the process of finding a new supplier. They said they would be happy to refund my money and would send me all the supplies needed for the return, also I asked them if it would be a problem that I cant find my reciept, they looked it up in thier system and said they would send it to me so I can put it with the starter when I return it. They made the whole process really easy for me and I was glad to see that they stand behind thier product.

They also treated me right when they originally sent me an incorrect model water pump. They are really good at customer service. I have had several good experiences with them and no bad ones.

Re: skip white mini starters

I have one the mini starters and haven't had any problems. They are a good deal. I also bought a set of valve covers that got bent in shipping and they took care of it immediately. No questions asked.
