this should answer a some of your questions

I've seen a lot of posts about what came with what package etc. Thought your guys might find this interesting. When I ordered mine the 72's wasn't in the blue book yet, so used the 71 prices. Took these papers to Jimmy gmc in Tucson. What I wanted came to 4500.00 dealer cost. Told them I'd give them 4700.00 to order it out. They did. As you can see, the standard gmc & blazers were pretty bare bone farm trucks.

Has anyone ever seen a blazer or jimmy that never had the "optional" top? They came without door windows?

Cool info.
Some of those prices seem crazy.

I can't remember if it was here or another forum but someone had a set of NOS caps that go where the window comes out for the no top trucks. I have never seen a factory no top blazer/jimmy
