Do I have to find rear axle shafts?

Okay it's kinda hard to searchon this iPhone so sorry if this has been covered before. I want all wheel disk brakes with 5 lugs, I understand the fronts easy with drop spindles and all, but still confused on the rear. The only kind of deal I've done like this was a 4 to 5 lug conversion on a 88 mustang gt. Would I have to buy new axleshafts for the rear to go tom my old 6 lug drums to 5 lug disks, and if so how expensive. Thanks for putting up with what must be common knowlage to yall, I'm still a newb.
