my front rallys get dirty dirty black after about 2-3 days of being washed

Ok, i go out, wash my truck. 2-3 days later the back wheels still look great, while the fronts have a black coating on them. What is causing this, the whole truck looks good except for scummmy looking front wheels? are my brakes hangin up or what? i'll try to get a pic later for yall?

hope this is the right place to put this thanks!

It's brake dust. Get higher quality brake pads and that will help out some. They make brake dust shields that go behind the wheels too, I've used them before with good results.

It is one of two things you are either driving the truck hard and hitting the brakes hard to stop or cheap brake pads or calipers are not releasing..

Its your brake pads causing it. change your pads to a low dust pad and it will lessen.

Their maybe 10 bucks more? I get them anyways they perform better and can get hotter with out fading. No brake dust on my black wheels... Just dirt

And I'm hard on the brakes all the time when on delivery. I know muh braking powahs

Try cleaning and lubing the sliders. If that doesn`t work you may have a frozen caliper or two.Two is unlikely, but if it isn`t pulling and both sides get equally dirty I`d think there`s something mismatched causing them to not release fully.it sounds like abnormal build up.
