Small mirror
I need a close picture of the side mirror to see where I need to mount it. I see pictures of some thats mounted to the front of the vent and some to the back of it. I guess chevy and gmc mounts them the same. I guess the front of the vent would be the best.

Sit down! No really...sit down in the driver's seat and have someone hold the passenger mirror in place so you can see all of it behind the vent window. Now put the driver's mirror in exactly the same place, so both match.
All of the originals I have seen & own have the RH mirror moved back further than the LH. It looks dumb! |

The left goes to the back of the vent the right goes to the front of the vent. Front being toward the door handle.
