2000 chevy2500 brakes

I went to Napa to get the stuff to do my front brakes. Well, after getting into it they gave me one wrong rotor. I went ahead and did the driver's side tho. Well, when I was done the wheel is very hard to turn while up on jack stands, unlike the other side that is not done yet. Is there something wrong? Did I screw something up?

Thanks, in advance

Hard to turn is vague.... Are the caliper & pads installed & it's hard to turn? Is the rotor itself hard to turn when you try & spin it freely (caliper removed)?

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.

yes new pads are installed. It is hard to turn after installing everything including the wheel.

What do you mean "reset the caliper"?
