Re: which rims to go with?
I say a different set each month. All three look great on your truck.

Re: which rims to go with?
How wide are those slots ? If they are 15x8's, the look I like best is a 275/60/15 tire. Besides having more rubber on the ground, the look and stance is just great. Also, I think these older wheels look great with white lettered tires. Just a suggestion though.

Re: which rims to go with?
they are 8.5 inches wide. I think I'm gonna run 275/60/15 BFG's on all corners with white letter out on the slots, since i can't get 295/50 in BFG. Still thinking about what to do. I'll keep you all posted with pictures once I decide what to do. Probably won't be for awhile.

Re: which rims to go with?
Went with something not on the poll, some 15x8 eagle alloys. I went with these because I had them and the tires were good. Eventually I plan on running one of the options from the poll with 15x10s. Waiting until I lower the truck, because I think the 295/50/15s will look out of place.
where did you get those slots btw? I found a set of (4) 15x8.5 slots down the road at a garage sale and the other (2) 15x10 slots found locally on classifieds. Sorry this information doesn't help. Last edited by vern350; 10-25-2009 at 09:48 PM. |
