I typed my Name in a search engine and Mike's website came up.

Most search engines search sites all the time. They update them every once in awhile. They list everything under key words. Who ever uses the phrase or combination of words the same as you search for will come up in the order of how close it is to your search. Some search engines also have a "status" which will push certain (popular) sites to the top, because they are most useful.
