Lowering a LWB
Im in the middle of trading for a 83 C10 LWB. I used to know all the prices and companies that make lowering parts, but I have a 4x4 now, so I forgot em all and lost my bookmarks. It's a 83 C10 LWB 6.2/700R4. I will want to use it as a truck(towing/hauling)but have it somewhat low. I'm thinking 2.5" spindles and 3" or 4" springs in the rear. Companies and links and pics would be great. All help appreciated.

Re: Lowering a LWB
Here's a good source for part numbers:
http://www.stillen.com/product.asp?i...LES&c=SU&m=all Then I usually buy my parts from Jegs or Summit Racing. I like Belltech products for the 73-87 trucks.

Re: Lowering a LWB
Heres mine with 2.5" spindles and 4" from shackles and hangers. All from Western Chassis.
Its a heavy half, and I put air shocks on the back to keep it from bottoming out. Never had any trouble with anything I wanted to haul in it.
