Wanted!
Just bought a '71 Blazer, looking for a few parts...
Stock t-case knob (NP205) GOT IT! "K5 Blazer" fender emblems Hard top rear window latch hardware Stock height or 2" lift front springs- I may be willing to do some trading here- My Blazer is lifted (4"?? maybe more- see picture) Springs in front, blocks in rear. It's a little bigger than I really like, I'd prefer a 2" lift.. maybe even stock height?? Due to the weight of the parts it would obviously be easier if you were close. If you want to ship both ways you should be prepared to have your truck out of commission for a while, I drive mine daily so I cannot. Get ahold of me if you are interested in this- we can work out the details. I have a tube grille for sale that I'd be happy to swap if anyone is interested. Thanks!

Re: Wanted! [TC knob]
You may want to hold out for a bit and see if there is a nicer one, but I have an extra. It was repainted by PO and some of the scrapes were filled with the paint as you can see. $20.

Re: Wanted!
Gary, can I get back to you? If I cannot work out a swap or something I may be interested. Thanks!

Re: Wanted!
A little closer of a pic of the grill will be great, thanks.
Thought I would toss in that my 71 K10 had 2.5 in Skyjackers soft rides all the way around, and I think it was the perfect size lift. Check out oldirons threads...he owns the truck now. He's finished it and it looks great. Last edited by CG; 11-15-2009 at 01:04 PM. |

Re: Wanted!
I have a set of stock springs I would replace the bushings and be interested in trading them towards the 4" springs you have. I might be able to get a small add a leaf so you can get your 2" lift as well.

Re: Wanted!
Yes I get up there sometimes. I have to go to Ft.Dodge in the next few weeks as well. Maybe we could meet there or something. The Duramax Mustang is owned by the owner of nitrous Express Inc., Mike Wood. It looks like a nice car for sure. I talk to the guy who was heavily involved with that car's build on a regular basis. I was actually trying to get the funds to go compete in the diesel class this year at drag week but came up short. Maybe next year.
