Fun day..met new member & Pieces are Going on!
Got to meet another member today...KRUE...He came on down this morning to see my mess. Great guy...Can't wait till I get to his neck of the woods and see his mess...
Got a little work on the truck down. Got the new guts in the heater box and it is back where it should be. Started rehanging and making firewall neat again. Hammered out some dents on the drivers fender, cleaned it up and the inner fender and got the rust convertor coating on. Paint tomorrow with luck A good day in all. Time to prpepare to raid the Kid's Easter baskest to make sure the stuff is safe for them

While working on the fender, I discover it's not the original...probably off a fleetside..Saw the bondo fil of trim holes...plus the lower front end has a patch welded in... Got it pretty straight and cleaned up. cated the inside with rust convertor. Guess I'll test out the new welder soon to see about filling the trim holes.

Cleaned up original good and coated it. Paint and undercoating tomorrow...if the rain stays away.

It looks like you have had a productive day. Unlike me, all I did was take stuff apart and eat crawfish!

If you folks cook your crawfish like some of my friends down here...I could have used the boil pot and saved a lot of time stripping and grinding the rust off those parts today.
