help with law

I was wondering if any of you guys new if it is legal to drive with no bed on my truck. I have to replace my cab corners and my truck is my only ride. Thanks

i would guess it up to your local lawman i used to live in newyork and you couldn't but now i live in florida and i see guys doing it on a regular basis next time you pass a donut shop stop and ask

I would say as long as you mount you tail lights and have mud flaps, you will be ok. I am not the law though.

not illegel here, see it all the time... dont have to have mud flaps, just tail lights

Washington State tailights and mud flaps are all that is required. You will see semi tractors running like that all the time. Check with your highway patrol...they are very friendly and will give the right answer for your state.

stllookn beat me to it, I was gonna bring up the big truck thing. I know a few guys that have been running around without beds on thier trucks for quite some time.

i think here in florida.....you have to have working tail lights..and a bumper..........not sure about the mud flaps though....the ones i have seen don't have them
