One Piece Windows
I purchased a kit of One Piece Windows for my 1968 Chevy and I am having a problem. I wanted them to work with some new aftermarket window regulators; however, there are some issues. The windows go in fine the trouble is when I try to roll them up. It starts to drag and I need to turn the handle a little harder. After a few times of doing this I broke a few teeth off the window regulator. I have been thinking about buying some power window regulators but I am unsure if I want to spend that much money on this window project. Has anyone had this problem? An advice is greatly appreciated.

Re: One Piece Windows
Sounds like the glass is binding against the channel or is misaligned. Are you sure both the little wheels are engaged in the track at the bottom of the glass? If they are not it will cause the glass to bind in the channel.

Call them and explain what's happening. They should be able to tell you what to check.
