Wiw - 1984 k10

I am thinking of selling/trading my truck because we are being evicted from out farm house and moving to an apartment. No longer can work on anything, no land for mudding, no more trailers to pull, wood to haul etc. Here are the only pics I have right now, the wheels and no longer "black spotted", they are shiny as glass. In the shop right now getting fuel system clean, screw on FF conversion, electric fuel pump conversion, valve cover gaskets, and just found out it needs new heads.

80,000 original miles
22MPG highway
1984
Chevrolet
K10
Shortbed
Strong 6.2 Diesel
700R4
NP208
10 bolt axles front and rear(need cover gaskets and pinion seals)
Stock suspension
Heat and A/C(needs conversion and blower installed(have blower)
Sliding rear window
Dual 16 gal tanks (Drivers side in 1 year and a half old)
Stock aluminum wheels
New u-joints with less than 200mi on them
Front tires are %55 Rear are %70
New ball joints(and all front hub seals etc) with less than 2000mi on them
All new lugnuts for aluminum wheels
AM/FM/CD 2 - 6x9's
Dual straight pipe exhaust
3:42 Open gears
Factory front tow hooks
New v-belts
Power steering(pump needs pulley)
Power Brakes(Stainless Steel lines)
Power locks(one door doesnt work)
Power windows(passenger wont move)(new motors)
Last oil change was 3000mi ago
All trim was taken off(need to be replaced)
Stock Tinted Glass
Cruise Control
Tilt Column
Chrome Sport mirrors
Needs cab corners, pass rocker, pass fender patch, and drivers bed wheel well patch
New Fuel Filter
Has aluminum diamond plate toolbox
Front bumper guards (Chrome)
Rear Step Bumper (Chrome)
New Starter no miles on it
Nice seat cover
Previous Owner started converting interior from blue to gray
Highly optioned truck
Truck comes with ALL new hoses and 1 new belt and new headlight bezels
Also, the Bowtie is now Red with black outline

Try a ebay search for completed auctions may give u some Guideline as to what they go for? Soory can't be more help than that...........

Just type in the Search you wish to do, In the left hand side of the ebay screen you will see a section ..........

Cars & Trucks Finder , Scroll down the list ing & you will see a Completed listings. Just click on that & Hit the Search Button.........

Tough to price trucks of this vintage. I would suggest around $2500. I've seen them go for $1500-$4500. In my opinion most guys would prefer a 350 over the 6.2 diesel, so that might hurt you some. There is one very similar on Ebay now (upnorthgmparts) that is not selling for $3000. Hope this helps, Sharpie

Brad, I forgot to mention, sorry to hear about your situation. On Craigslist, try to either use Webshots, or Photobucket accounts to add photos into your ads. They will appear bigger and I have had good results by having good large photos over the small ones that people tend to use on craigslist. Good luck bud, Trevor
