Re: Truck arm rear suspension
What are the options for exhaust with the truck arms ? My mufflers are just ahead of the rear axle, seems they would be in the way of the arms ? Never seen the exhaust on a stock 67-72 but imagine the mufflers have to be ahead of the trailing arm crossmember ?

I did see one who routed the tail pipes under the rear axle. Don't know how well that worked though.

Re: Truck arm rear suspension
The rubber bushings allow more articulation than you would believe. A ladder bar system would articulate if it didn't have a diagonal link bar tying one front mount point to the rear of the other side. With a panhard bar like the truck arm it would articulate pretty well.
With the Cal-Trac pivot bolt snug against the spring and preloaded like it needs to be to work well there is literally enough pressure on the spring that you can lift the whole back end of the car by putting a jack under one shock plate.
