Re: You'll remember The Fall guy?

My buddy used to have a truck that with some paint, a roll bar, and brush guard, would've been the Fall Guy truck.

Must have invisible ramps for at least half those jumps. Goes from flat ground to airborne in the blink of an eye. Hollywood magic, baby!

Re: You'll remember The Fall guy?

I used to watch it all the time......

Unfortunately their attention to detail was lacking. During stunts the truck would miraculously change from a late style to anything in between 73 to mid 80's. I even saw 1/2 tons & a few 2wheel drives in the stunts.

Now, there's a truck that needs a serious front-end alignment!

well it will be jumped, but the way i figure its cheaper than buying a 69 dodge charger to go jumpin. but naw i just kinda wanna build the truck like that make a clone or somthing(heck i already got the same paint scheme). but thats a bad truck right there. also shows how good these old trucks are even with abuse!

Re: You'll remember The Fall guy?

Yo! Yeah, frontend align to say the least!! GEEZE!
I can catch a glimpse of ladderbar-like chassis and differential guards in a couple scenes. Too bad about all those trucks. I recall the destruction of many an ol' musclecar when I was young, and they were a dime a dozen! In highschool, we ALL owned second hand muscle cars and cool trucks 'cause they were cheap then,...sure wish I had some of those vehicles now!

And before Dog.

Have any of you guys seen Fall Guy trucks on the road since the show? I've heard that after the show, any of the trucks that were left were sold.
