Track bar stud??

My ece super track bar will be here soon and im trying to get the stud out of the rear end. Is there any trick to getting this out. I took the nut off and its not real happy about coming out.

Put some penetrating on it.Put the nut on about 4 threads.Hit with a BFH.

If you tap on the casting that the stud goes through with a hammer it will fall out. Just work your way back and forth around the casting. You don't need to beat it to death...
