Re: 68 Burb... here we go!!
here are some update pics. I have been blessed to be busy at work so it has been a little slow going. Now I need some trim, hoops and a bumper and Im set. Oh some signals would be nice but I got something up my sleeve for that. If I could ever sell the GMC parts I took off I can start ordering new stuff. till next time guys.

Re: 68 Burb... here we go!!
I am almost done getting my air ride stuff all together. I have to figure out what I am doing for a rear set up. I should prob keep it simple. Then I'll get the rest of the disc brake stuff together. That way I only have to tear apart once. I have sold all yhe gmc stuff I took off except the bumper, so time for an order of new parts is in my future.

Re: 68 Burb... here we go!!
Ok so some updates. MORE PARTS ORDERED and I have been building a stock pile of parts. The garage is getting full. Lets see.... new 15 rallies, trim rings, tires and all, full front and rear disc brake set up, and air ride stuff. Just need to get my fittings and a couple of front end parts like inner and outers, sleeves and a center link then its in the garage for the old girl. Time to tear her apart and work on that attitude... I mean altitude.

Re: 68 Burb... here we go!!
well worked on the garage for a couple of hours to get her in there to start the tear down. Man 3 hours of cleaning and throwing away ALOT of stuff. I found a bunch of parts I got for my Nova build 4 years ago.... new in box!! Some of the stuff I can use on the burb like the shaved door kit, some tail lights and other stuff. It was a TIGHT fit. I wll have to work on making more space. I will keep you guys posted on the updates.

Re: 68 Burb... here we go!!
well I have been working some more cleaning, cleaning, cleaning some more. It seems the more I clean and the deeper I go this starts to snow ball, sound familiar to anyone? Well the inner wheel wells came out, half of the wire harnest will have to be cleaned and repaired. Fixed a PS leak while I was in there. The flair on the line was messed up so I cut the line and reflaired it. Lets see if it works. Well I will start putting it all together tomorrow...
