How should I run my exhaust?
truck is a 69 SWB fleetside with a 3" drop front and a 5" drop rear
Ideas are requested eng. is 350 @.030 over, th350 trans w/ headers plans are 2.5" pipes straight out the back but worried if pipes will hit axle or pan hard bar Last edited by A69C10; 12-30-2009 at 08:28 PM. Reason: update info |

Zoomies!! Straight through the hood, That would be bad a**. Someday,, I will have a truck that bad a** and I will be . You Know from "Joe dirt". Sorry could't help it!
Depends on what you have for an engine. If you are going for power, depending on hp level, 2 1/2" duals will be good for 350 -400 horse, with a x-over or h- pipe. If you have aluminum wheels I'd go behind the rear wheels, beacuse they will tarnish if it is a driver. If it's a stocker, I'd go 2 1/2 single. But we will need to know what you have and what future plans are. Most important what are you wanting? |

drop'em down behind the rear wheels so you can barely see them like the 67-68 z-28's do
