72 gmc c10 headers ?
I am having trouble finding headers that will fit. I have bought 3 different pair. The motor mount on the pass side is in the way. Its like it comes up to high for the header to bolt up. What kind do you guys have? I have a sbc engine.

Re: 72 gmc c10 headers ?
Yea, it is 2wd. The headers I tried where suppose to be made for my truck. I tried the flowtech brand and their afterburner type as well. It looks like my motor mount bracket comes up to high.

Re: 72 gmc c10 headers ?
Was your truck originally equipped with a V8? If not, someone could have used a motor mount that isn't right?
I've used Hooker Super comp headers in the past, and they were the best bet/fit for the money.

Re: 72 gmc c10 headers ?
the problem with hedmans especially on a lowered truck is they hang quite low under the frame
