With all the damage that thing has I would be inclined to install all different sheet metal from donor trucks and keep all the original pieces for reference.
There would be nothing worse than removing the graphics to restore the panels and not being able to reproduce them properly. A sign shop can scan in the images and reproduce the graphics exactly in vinyl. It won't be cheap but being pretty much one of a kind it is worth it. I would be inclined to look for a clean 73 to 80 donor truck on the east side of the mountains and rob it of all the body panels for yours. Check the VIN stamping on the engine ID pad behind the alternator to see if the engine is original to the truck. Good luck with the project.
