Re: My 48 ford shop truck

Have been sanding for what seems like forever, but finally got the truck ready for paint,or at least as ready as its gonna get.Borrowed a enclosed car trailer, and had a buddy help me haul it into work to get some paint on it.

Had another buddy I work with, who is a painter, offer to help me out and spray the paint. So after a very long friday night and a little bit shorter saturday, the truck has paint on it.

Its no show truck but Im pretty happy with how it turned out.Its about 150% more "finished" than I had originally planned when I started this build.

Got to get it back home on monday,so I can get back to work on it......

Re: My 48 ford shop truck

WOW!!!! that truck turned out amazing!!! I never expected it to turn out quite so nice, I do not mean that in a bad way, I just expected a shop truck, not a show shop truck. Great job on it!!!! Definetly one of my favorites!!!

Re: My 48 ford shop truck

WOW!!! That is definitely deserving of a full blown feature in car magazines!

The interior looks amazing. What is also amazing is that the truck looks like all you did was pull the fenders. It's that well done Love it!
