yeah, it's a nice looking one Randy. It has been on and off of ebay since summer. I think the last time it was on, it brought around 13-14K. Trevor

Wow nice truck, how many of these were made? Low production numbers for SWB 4x4 '72 truck, even lower number for the Cheyenne Super options. Any guess what the reserve is?

I know what the reserve is, or at least I know what it was the last time it was listed on E-bay.

I've been trying to buy it since July.

Reserve was $18,000. You will notice lots of zero bidders bidding this up. I don't think they are legit. Last time the opening "bidder" (0 bids)
started the bid at $18k and it went to a different bidder at $19,500. I don't know if the winning bidder found out somehow that the opening bid was bogus or if the winner found something wrong with the truck and turned it down. The time before that it brought $14,600 (same seller) and it didn't meet the reserve. Time before that it brought less.

Bed floor is terrible while rest of Truck looks good.
Previous listings always stated that A/C may be fixed by end of auction, but it hasn't been fixed for 6 months.
SPID matches VIN plate in door jam, but Vin plate has been removed and re-riveted. Can't get owner to tell me if frame number matches VIN.

If someone else gets this bought I'd be interested in hearing what they find.

Thanks Bill72, I saw the bidders with "0" feedback bidding it up, in fact I bid it to $10k. Something is fishy with this seller, pics are not great, lists it as a K1500, and the VIN plate has been removed and re-riveted. It is a nice truck in pics and rare if real with correct frame etc... but I will pass, something does not seem right. I also HATE it when there are bidders with zero feedback bidding it up, I'll pass.

Someone should ask him for some recent pics or something to make sure he even has this truck, if you guys are in doubt. There hasn't been any leaves on the trees here for about 4 months.
