well i havent got a chance to work on it. its -20 and im working outside. again im sorry that my friend got onto the site and and was saying stuff. sometimes.......ya.
well i was talking to a kid in my class and his dad owns a salvage yard and he'll help me chop my truck if i wanted. what do you guys think? im thinking of chopping the top about 4 to 6in. go big or go home. i just dont know though its like its cool but its not. |

It kinda seems out of proportion in that pic. Even well executed, I think less is more in this case.

I'm with chev3600 on this one. Be sure your fiends dad can cut the windshield for you also. I really think that you need to keep your first biuld as simple as possible.

well my drafting teacher that was my junior high shop teachers dad had a 1.5 ton 55 chevy and needs the 235 motor cause his head gasket is bad. he got a 292 with only 40k on it to put in it but something about the bell housing you cant put the 292 in the 55? anyways is it possible to put the 292 in the 55? and if it is is it worth trading my 235 with i think 120k for the 292 strait up. i got to get the 55 running first but i should just need a new starter sprang gear or whatever it is.
