Wink 20" front with 24" rear

I have an 87 Short Wide and I have been researching and gathering info for a while now. My truck will be bagged mainly for the perfect stance (at ride height) not necessarily so that it can lay frame. I wanted to ask what everybody's thoughts are on a 20" front wheel with a 24" rear wheel. I know it sounds extreme but I want to tuck the rear wheel as much as possible but also be able to have the front low at ride height.

Does anyone see any possible issues with that combo?
Any picks of trucks with that combo?
Does anyone know if coy will make a custom 24" wheel?

Re: 20" front with 24" rear

Coy will not build custom wheels. They are what they are when it comes to Coy's.

I don't know of any squares running 20/24's . There are several 18/20's, 20/22's and I think one with 22/24's. None with that big of a stagger that I know of.

IMO that's not going to look right on your truck. The 24 will make the 20 look like a cookie.

Here's mine with 20's all around and 20/22 Coy's on it.

Re: 20" front with 24" rear

N2Trux,
Its funny that you respond to my question. I have referenced your truck when speaking with my uncle and dad whom will help me with the build. I love your truck's stance. Love the black. For years I have pictured my truck in black and your truck only helps me confirm my vision. I have read through your threads and appreciate the info.

Back to the wheels. I was afraid of the 24's making the 20's in front look small but I figure that if I was sinking most of the 24s into the rear wheel well then it might look awesome. I figured Coy might not customize wheels which is a shame considering their affordability.

I will probably end up going with 20/22 combo. Just curious what it will would look like.

More than likely that's probably what will happen. On your rear 2wd I know that you have 5 inch back spacing on your rear 20x10 rear wheels. I'm guessing you have 20x8.5 in front. What is your backspacing in front.

Love the burb. Like the lines on the paint job.

Re: 20" front with 24" rear

I have to agree. I think that I would go with 20-22 or 22-24. I think that 20-24 is way to much stagger.
