Re: Pics of my 67 in the snow

Nice pics Billy, I'm kinda partial to the GMC's, but love the Chevies too. I spent alot of time in a 71 GMC back in the late 80's. Like the K5 also, started to buy a 89 Jimmy once, it was an X forestservice truck. Bank had repo'd it from somebody. It had some issues with the front suspension I didn't have time to deal with so I walked away. Glad to see ya enjoying your snow while ya got it LOL.

longhorn70gmc: I really like the hubcaps too... I don't know anything about them other than the fact they came on my truck...

6 inches isn't a whole lot of snow for the Middle of the Midwest. I guess I forget that there are a lot of places in the US that don't see see much snow. Where I live 6-8 is a decent snow... Back in 2007 we got 16 inches of snow over 8 hours... I was in college and they had to cancel classes for the first time ever due to snow... We were walking to the bars and liquor stores in snow up to our knees...

Those hubcaps are of a mid 80's S10. More modern version of poverty caps. Good looking truck! Looking like we are gonna get around 10 inches Friday from what the weather man says. We got about 1 and half yesterday morning. My poor truck hasn't moved LOL.

Rob H.: Thanks for the Info... and Thanks for the truck compliments... What exactly are "Poverty Caps"? I've never heard the term before...

We are in the Process of getting a couple inches of snow here right now... See Pics.. :-) The First one is the First Fill-Up in the CST and the Second is of my First "haul" I'm trading this Camaro 10 bolt posi for a 71 Disc Brake Front Suspension Crossmember and All.
