I couldnt remember if it was in your build or not, I'll definatly go back and read. that seams to be the way with these trucks, just a huge snowball affect

I got the whole setup, . I almost have the 12" rear brakes installation completed. So far it's been a pretty simple and straight forward install. I chose to put the calipers forward of the axle but you can do it either way, you just swap the mounting brackets. Here's a few pictures.
