John, out of your list I only have these.
The mirror is about average for an original. The glass has some lines on it.black cover on it. 10.00SOLD
The pass. side dr handle has some chrome off of it but works good. 8.00
The side marker is faded and you can have it if you want it for free.SENT

have you tried a junkyard? I think any truck with a sbc will work.
