Can i do this with 2" lift coils?

i found a great deal on a set of 2" lifted front coil springs for my 92 sierra. my truck is currently very low to the ground and i want to raise it back to stock height. Can i just cut a coil or 2 off the 2" lifted coils to get my desired stock height or is this not possible with lifted coils?

I wouldn't do it. I would try ebay (nos) or napa for some for some coils.

Any coil can be cut and used. I've done it 3 times in the past to cars, one of them being my 69 camaro (I know...don't flame me...I was 19) The only issue is although you are getting the stance you want, the spring rate is changed by the cut usually causing a bad ride.
