chassis question and more..

ok i picked up a 68 swb stock chassis from a boardmember. its a 6lugger with drum brakes. i plan on layin it on the ground while i look for a cab and bed. my question is what do i need to do it? ive searched the forum and looked at several threads. the pb dropmember seems the way to go up front. what size drop spindles do i need. ive seen several from 2-3". any preferences on spindles?

on the back i know i need a stepnotch and probly 4 link. does anybody lay out with the trailing arms? know pb makes a kit also. looking for suggestions..

and finally wanting to put some big discs on all four corners. are there any kits out there for these trucks.

thanks in advance and sorry for the essay

Re: chassis question and more..

Well, I would talk to Nate at Porterbuilt about all of that- he has dropmember kits for the front AND rear- as well as step notch kits and 4-link kits- but from what I've seen lately on here, you can lay frame in the rear with his new drop trailing arms and a step notch (if you wanted to go that route instead of 4-link)
