Re: CA trip

sweeeeeeet.... spend some time in san-fran with your girlfriend before heading east.... you need to take tons of photos and do a road trip thread. Lots of awesome things to see between there and where you are.

Re: CA trip

You can take the Bart (bay area rapid transit) from the airport to Pleasanton. From there a cab ride to the truck would be easy.

Oh yeah, you want the Dublin/Pleasanton stop.

Just curious, do you have these already sold? Do you run a business? I'm asking because I would LOVE to do something like this!!!! I just haven't figured out a way to make it work and make a profit.

Re: CA trip

Trip got pushed back 6 days to march 2.No I don't have a truck business right now but I am going to open a restoration shop in the near future.I have sold a few of my personal trucks when offered more than I could refuse.I bought a 72 bb cheyenne again.I have only purchased 1 this trip but I have several more that I am going to check out so I may or may not get a 2nd on this trip.Since my girlfriend is going on this trip I wanted to be able to spend a few days loafing around CA and hitting as many pick n pulls as possible while site seeing with her.If I don't blow all my extra funds site seeing and in the pick n pulls I will probably pick up and extra truck to sell off when I get home.I have mostly been collecting to have what I need to be able to have a large collection of 71 and 72 bb trucks that are completely payed for when I open my shop and I can sale for top dollar or just hang onto .I have 5 72 and 1 71 bb trucks right now.All have nice west coast bodies and are loaded cheyenne supers except 1 is a gmc . I want to have several nice trucks that are my personal trucks that can be bought if the money is right and several that can be purchased and built however the customer wants.
