Re: WIW BBC Brackets
BB A/C Brackets-$250-$300
68-71 BB mounts and towers- $100-$200 according to condition of mounts? NOS roof lights-may still be available from GM? As of Jan 08 Lens #684662 was $11.45 list and Lens Insulator #12337943 was $3.55 list. Check dealer to see if still available from GM? I would be interested in A/C Brackets when you decide?? Thanks, Dan |

Re: WIW BBC Brackets
First off, are the A/C brackets for the short water pump? Or long? I think there should be 9 pieces for a short.
I assume the mounts and towers are for a BB? If so, Around $100-$125 seems to be the going rate. Need more info on the roof marker lights. Fireman hat? hockey puck? tear drop? Just lenses? or more? More info or pics would really help...

Re: WIW BBC Brackets
The brackets A/C are for a 67-72 factory 402 and all 9 of the pieces are there.
Motor towers and engine mounts in usable shape 68-71 style. What about the Big Block Heat shield? Any other parts from a factory BB truck that are valuable, before I convert to small block?

Re: WIW BBC Brackets
I have seen AC brackets from 250 to 300. My towers were given to me. You dont have any decent high hump carpet do you.

Re: WIW BBC Brackets
Put your A/C brackets on Ebay, you can get $300-$350 all day long there. Advertise them for a Camaro, Chevelle, or Impala. They are the same (SWP years) and those dudes pay big bucks for them. If the 68-71 towers are complete with the mounts, around $150. What heat shield are you referring to? The one on the floorboard of the cab, or the one that attaches to the exhaust manifold and heat riser tube? If it is the one on the floorboard, about $25. If it is the one on the exhaust manifold in good shape, around $75. Hope this helps.
