71 Mirror In A 72

I am going to mount a 71 mirror in my 72 , does anyone have a diagram or exact measurements of location? Also what size screws would work best ? I already have the mirror.

If it's the same as a '69, in the middle and the lower two holes are 5/16" above upper windshield opening edge. PM sent.

Re: 71 Mirror In A 72

I recommend going off of 68-70 measurements as the roof will be flat like a 72'. 71's have a raised mount on the ceiling to mount the mirror. Good luck, Trevor
