Don't think I have seen a grille like this

This is on a local FS ad. The seller obviously dosn't know what he has. He says its a 67C-10 all original. But it has marker lights and the tall hood. He also said it has 6 lug wheels. Anyway thought the grille was uniqe dont think I have seen one like it even on here. Not to sure if I like it...

Guess it's easier to cut the plastic instead of the bumper!

Re: Don't think I have seen a grille like this

The truck has a 67-70 bumper on it, and he just cut out a section of the horizontal slats to fit the old 71/72 bumper turn signals in... kinda neat, not something I would ever actually do, but not too bad.

Well it is for sure a 67 cab with the small back window from what it looks like in that picture any how, with 72 front clip and molded in blinkers.

That is a mut if I've ever seen one, 67 cab, 71-72 front clip, pre-71 bumper... I'm surprised it's all the same color.

Re: Don't think I have seen a grille like this

This is the great thing about these trucks. If you just need a truck to use as a truck and don't really care that is original, its so easy to piece one together at a very reasonable price.

Re: Don't think I have seen a grille like this

Its a 67 GMC (Small letter tailgate/67 bed/cab). My guess is the only thing changed was the front grill/ fenders/ hood. Onder of the turn signals are the original GMC signal housing? Can't tell from the pic
