What Spicer U-joint # does the Precision 371 U-joint match up to?

I also don't know. Where is the joint from? Maybe you can look up the number another way.

Have you tried calling Napa or another auto store and having them cross run the numbers?

I think it is their 297 joint, it is out of my '71 3/4 chevy, but apparently some one had put in later axle shafts.

If it has the 1 3/16 diameter cap:
297-x is non greasable
297-1x is greasable
5-760x is forged

I use the Precision brand u joints in my plow truck. Never had a problem.
I use the 5-760x in my race truck.

I also came up with that number after seeing it on the jeep forum of all places. Not sure how accurate there info is
