Bussy week

Over the weekend I put in a rebuilt 350 and 700R4 in the old truck, and today I brought it down and had a Eaton posi and 3.73 with all new bearing's and seals, still have alittle vibration when cruzing down the road, I think its the rims, when I had the new tires put on they said the rims had a little bend to them, but since I just had then powder coated I put them on anyways. Word of advice, when you get a used set of rims, take them down to a tire show and have them spin them just to check, I know I will for now on.

Re: Bussy week

Yeah sounds like you've been busy. That's such a good feeling after you install a new engine and trans and get to drive it down the road again.

Any more pics of your truck?

Sounds great. How do you like those 3.73s?

Re: Bussy week

After just driving it for a short time it feels great, the 3.73 sure put a snap in the old girl's step, now I just need to figure out how fast I'm going and what to do to adjust the gears in the tranny, anyone have a good suggestion on this I would appreciate it.

Yea, thanks, that is one great bracket you fabed. The brakes seem alittle soft, just need to get use to them I guess.
