Re: drop spindle shaft
maybe you got the thick 1.25 rotors on a 1 inch spindle, that's all I can think of. I don't think you can do anything with it except exchange the spindles for the thick 1.25 rotors or buy new 1 inch rotors and calipers.

Re: drop spindle shaft
another set of drop spindles? that costs even more!!!!!!!!!
I'd try and buy the brakes to fit and use em, be alot cheaper then new spindles.

Re: drop spindle shaft
I did the same thing so I bought new rotors, good thing is you'll have new brakes you might also have to get the smaller calpier to, and on the spindles you'll have to grind the calpier ears a little, thats why my truck has been on jack stands for over a week

Re: drop spindle shaft
The rotors, calipers, and bearings are different between 1 and 1.25 spindles

Re: drop spindle shaft
That's still cheaper then spindles, but shipping them back would be the cheapest I think
rotors are about 25 each, bearings like 20-40 for both sides and seals, they are like 5 bucks each I think. and calipers are cheap too about 20 each I think. I just done that job last year on the 84 rotors, bearings, seals pads and calipers.
